Yohanes Mambrassar, a gynaecologist in training, is completing his specialization at the University of Surakarta. Afterwards he wants to return to Papua. His contactperson tells us that he is obliged to attend at least 200 operations as a co-assistant. It is difficult for Yohannes to complete all of these operations at the hospital where he is doing his internship. He therefore has to go to hospitals farther away to complete his specialization. This means extra travel and accommodation costs, which were not anticipated in advance. Hapin has made more than 900 euros available for this. In 2017, a crowdfunding campaign for Doctor Mambrassar raised enough money to cover these costs as well.
