Tiene chose Pt. Hapin for her internship because of the Mama Mama Papua project. This project focuses on indigenous Papuan traders in the city of Jayapura. For her research Tiene wanted to know how a local NGO works in the field and what their impact on the target group can be.
Her conclusions were that pt. Hapin has a clear focus, is directly involved with the market woman and gives them support. Pt. Hapin empowers the Mama Mama Papua and help them to become financially independent.
Pt. Hapin and Hapin were grateful that Tiene decided to do her internship at fieldpartner pt. Hapin and were pleased with her input. Thank you Tiene and we wish you success in completing your studies and with achieving your goals in the future.
