Stiper is an abbreviation for Sekolah Tingghi Ilmu Pertanian, or in English Agricutural College. This educational facility provides in four majors: agriculture, corporate economy, livestock, fishery and fish farming.
Hapin has invested in the building of a library and laboratory with inventory. In the meantime all this has to the great satisfaction of the staff and students. The brand new building is a great expansion to the institution and it means that possibilities for education of and instruction to Papuan farmers is greatly expanded.
